This is just a lovely story. I think Isobel and Edmund are wonderful characters. I loved the conversation between Spike and Edmund. Really good stuff.

Awww. Spike and Edmund's conversation made them sound like high school boys, it was so cute.

Absolutely LOVED the funny chat Edmund and Spike had - comapring their slayers, hehheheehehe. ANd now Buffy is just teetering on that edge, confusing poor SPike to death, er,life, but GOD I hope next chapter she finally quits her excuses and gives in - it'll be so much better for them both. Bravo on a great chappy swets - more soon please.

And she even admits it to him what she felt while in Heaven? Is this really the same Buffy? Maybe they'll be a new foursome.

Yes I was one who assumed Isobel had been turned but I was sceptical. Does this mean that Buffy and Isobel are immortal now because they have been resurrected? Buffy's not long been back but Isobel's been around for hundreds of years!! Loved it.

Anything is possible in this universe, and I love the many parallels between the two couples. (“So, um, Isobel… Does she ever, uh, punch you in the nose?” Edmund sighed. “All the damn time.”) The idea that these resurrections occured because of a love so deep, that it kept these souls from being apart, an interesting way to go about things. And to see Isobel now, as the same person she was 600 odd years ago, I wonder what allowed her to be for so long. But perhaps what I would like to see most, are the corresponding dreams that Isobel got to experience about Buffy and Spike. Love the idea of the Powers facilitating their meeting. Clearly they showed her some things the rest of us have not been privy to, ("You can’t remember how you used to watch him weep?”) Of course she did. Love this. So sad to think it will all be over in two more chapters. Would love to see the four of them on some kind of couples date!
