And in that moment between the first second and the third, the moment that seems to stretch on past forever, she knew that she could love him given time. She didn’t know the hows or the whys of the situation, that was the mind’s job to figure out, but the hearts job was done. Aweeeeeeeeee :)

Good to see an update on this story too (BTW is it intended that there's no space between the conversation when the POV switches?)
Awe... you (Buffy) killed James? Hopefully she'll write a sequel *winks*. She has her muse back and so it seems does Spike. Good things all around.

Author's Response: I just went over it, i think my eyes are too tired, but i don't see where there is no break...me thinks she will add a sequel lol, it felt good to add another chap to this, thanks for the review!
