you can just see the trouble coming from Willow and Xander..but really really loved this update. way to go Dawnie. if Buffy had been explaining Willow and Xander could have put it down to Pike's influence, but as it was Dawn they will have to deal. Good for Buffy reminding Willow about the rent...

Their was so much greatness in this chapter. Quite a few laugh out loud moments. And Xander and Willow really have bought a round trip fare on the crazy train. Cause Spike would never have been patient enough to make up that scenario let alone hire an actress that could be a slayer. Total nutsness. And I loved Dawn's, “Go nasty demon parts." One of my favorite lines in a while, or at least for today. I may have to use that randomly in conversation just because. Honestly, your muse is allowed to hibernate, as long as it promises to come back. Always eagerly awaiting more, please, update soon!

Yep...she did it...just thinking it's as bad as saying it...She definitely jinxed it! Never, ever think or say the words, or even the intent of same, of either "Life is perfect...could it get better?" OR "Everything is great---what could possibly go wrong?" That is like throwing a cold glass of ice water into the universe's face (if it has one?)....yep...her fault...she jinxed it!
Very fun to see Anya meet her match in negotiations!
And the vamp sex was of course, hot. Very.
Thanks for the update, looking fwd to more...patrol with the four sounds more like a double-date of the hell-mouthy kind! Tho' sparring with those two could be good for both Buffy and Spike.

Holy Christ, that was intense. I love the interactions between Buffy and Isobel, and with a little Anya tossed in it makes them even better. Honest and forthright, that's our Anya. But good LORD that last scene was just downright steamy. "Bite over Angel's marks." HA! Loved that. Such an excellent job, this is an amazing story. Are we going to see more of the rest of the gang? Not that the characters you're using are lacking in any way, I just love scenes where Xander and Willow have to sove their bigotry and objections up their collective asses and accept Buffy and Spike together as a couple. Looking forward to more!
