I wrote a review for the last chapter but it didn't show up. Basically, both are excellent and I'm totally hooked to this chapter. I could understand where Buffy was coming from. Losing someone close to you is impossibly difficult, and she just didn't want to take away his happiness. It is a new relationship afterall and she loves him, even if she doesn't realize it. So glad he made it on time. Can't wait for the next update!

Oh God Pandora thank you for this chapter. I had awful visions of what was going to happen when Spike was away. This was awful too but it brought Spike back to the country.

'Cause that's not just something you don't tell your boyfriend, even if he is going to see one of his own parents or if you're afraid of how he'll react because of losing his own mom. Silly woman. I love this story! It manages to be believable, have a great story-line, some awesome twists, a great Spike and Buffy characterization, oh yeah, and its uber-hot, too!!
But most of all, this story's Oz just gives me the giggles. Not sure why, but I love him.
