Too bad when Spike/William got hurt - Buffy took it personally again. But they are talking, that's a good thing. And William even noticed Buffy calling him Spike. Looking forward to read more of Buffy's answer.

Spike-William doesn't see himself as two people he sees himself as one, Names matter naught, just becuase he used to go by Spike doesn't mean he wasn't William, and just because he goes by William now doesn't mean he isn't Spike. I am loving this. I hope you keep up the writing.

See! That's all Buffy needed to do--talk to William and bring Spike back. I'm impressed at how you show a Buffy and William (a.k.a. Spike) rekindling that spark. It's going to be great when they indulge in that hot monkey sex that got them together in the first place. Maybe this experience will help Buffy push Spike to embracing what he had to give up to get her in the first place.

One thing's for sure...even if William's still in the dark about what Buffy's problem is, he STILL sees himself as Spike. It will only take a little bit of prodding to bring out the monster in the man now that the kiddies are away. Communication is key if they're going to make the most of the 20 days left. Bad Buffy for wasting an entire day with hubby. For all that Buffy's worried about being in too much of a mom-mode, she's still a child. Argh! I hope she gets it together so that they can get to the groiny soon.
