Thank you so much for this wonderful story! I loved reading it, and even if I missed Spike in the last chapters, it was worth the wait for his terrific coming back. Favourite Line: “There’s a poker chip on our bed, and it’s licking me.”
So, can we hope to see another story of yours soon? *Cough*Sequel*Cough*... I hope for the best...

I'm so sad it's over! Such an awesome story. I had such a good time reading it. It went too quickly. Any chance for an epilogue or a follow up? Only part I disagree with is that it would have been hilarious to read naked Spike kicking Riley's ass. That would have been beautiful!

Yay, Spike is back! But, *sigh* the story is over. Did you answer the question of 'Why' Spike was being kept in the house by W&H? I know he was to be kept from heaven, was that it?

Just curious. I really liked the story anyway.

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it. Yes, W & H was more or less telling the truth. He was the only one left after the battle that they could capture to punish for defying them. But the powers wouldn't let them torture him, so they had to settle for keeping him out of Heaven. (They wouldn't have thought he'd get the Shanshu - that was Angel's thing).

Riley still isn't getting that Buffy doesn't want him. Can't read the signs besides not to listen...
*g* And I can so see Spike trying to get himself kicked out of heaven to be with Buffy again. So he is more than human... thought so after the refrigerator.
Loved Buffy's speech. And even more how it ended :D

I LOVED THIS STORY !! So great that Spike came back just like him , but human (stronger than human) YAY !!

Loved the Spuffyness , just beautiful. Of course Riley had to be there and ruin the reunion AAGGHH

Loved this story, but still had a question. Last chapter Buffy stated that she just realized why Spike got his memories back and whose fault it was that it happened...Well, why and who? Or did I totally miss it?

Can you help clear this up for me? It seems like a major plot point that I missed.

Author's Response: When Spike got his memories back, he was watching Buffy walking down the stairs and it reminded him of when she returned from the dead and he first saw her walking down the stairs towards him. She had been gone 147 days - he had counted them all. So, when Buffy said 147 days, she remembered what she'd been doing when he got his memories back, the look on his face as he stared up at her, and she realized that similarity to her own resurrection was what had triggered his memories. It was in ch. 21 or so, I think.

Glad to see Buffy is still enjoying working in the garden; that work was something she made together with Spike, hopefully it will be a connection to him for her.

Riley is such an idiot... good for him. (Less chances with Buffy.) ;) He really destroyed the door because of the kitten? He was too early for his appointment so is wasn't even clear if Buffy was home.
And he didn't understand the story Buffy told him, only hearing what he wanted to.
~ Interesting cliffhanger :D
Sounds as if Spike is back. Sounds as if he is human but very strong :D
Looking so forward to the next chapter; sadly it's already the last one.
