Wow another fab chappie . I really like Giles in this , accepting Spike and even reluctantly thinking Spike really loves Buffy .Like Spike understanding the need to be careful for Buffy's sake , even tho he wants to rush in and save her.

Now I know you've written some fantastic stories - epics, some of them - which I cherish and re-read and are up there in the highest........ I digress.

I think, judging by this first chapter, that you are going to excel with this one. The interraction between all the main characters that are not Buffy but who is the (un)common denominator here, is so fluent and credible and on the money. You are giving us the opportunity to fill that awful chasm that the end of Series 5 created and, if I may say, a much more plausible outcome! We all saw the dimensional tear and Buffy leaping into an atmosphere charged with this awful phenomenon - it makes more sense that by using her to close it, it would then engulf her, swallow her up and take her with it .........

So, yeah. I can just feel the angst rising up this early ......... is this going to rival Harbingers or Grey Gardens for me on the angst scale. Got a feeling it will. And I am one of those in Strawberry's waiting room but for this, I think the muse has a point.

I usually wait for u to complete your fics (except for Tempesta, that one had me by the throat and wouldn't let go) because i love your stories so uch I just have to read the entire story in one sitting, but I saw this posted and i couldn't resist , so now i'm a slave to your updates and will be looking for updates constantly driving myself crazy . This ws a good chapter, poor spike is totally frustrated with the scoobies and their inaction, impatient as always, wonder if he's not going to take matters into his own hands. Update soooon Pleeeeaase !
