Buffy should open up the door, grab William, bust the door down where Angel & Dru are and beat the snot out of them both. Seems like hiding in denial is not the way to face an unfaithful partner. Perhaps, Buffy's refusal to make a scene is due to the fact that she always knew that Angel was unfaithful and now she has to make a decision on accepting or rejecting this new turn in her marriage. The marriage is dead, why not make it a memorable night and just get some satisfaction with violence.

I just adore William. I love William stories. I will always love Spike more. But Spike always had a bit of William still in him. I always believed that. So, stories where it is William in the driver seat probably has a bit of Spike in him too. I don't blame William for leaving. He tried to talk to Buffy. She kept insisting that he only wanted sex from her. Which he probably wants to comfort her and really comfort each other. Since their partners were having sex together. Poor William. He was trying to be nice but Buffy kept being bitchy. LOL

Aww...poor, naive Buffy. It kinda irks me that William and Dru have these parties. If he wasn't happy with it, he should've stopped Dru from having them. But, I do hope that he and Buffy can become friends and more out of this!

I'm impressed. She didn't scream, she didn't run away, she actually managed to stay cool on the outside and muster as much dignity as possible. And despite her inner turmoil she still managed to see those baby blues and cheekbones of William, but who wouldn't? Your story is a bulb and I'm a moth... give me more, please.
