The woman just didn't take no for an answer. That sounds like a good thing for Spike, he needs a little (only a little) pushing.
But she isn't pushing too much.
She's right, it won't be easy - but so worth it. :)

Wow, it was very good that Buffy went home. Spike's parents would have found them together in bed otherwise. Dru has no clue what happened but Giles sees more. ;)
A lock will be a good idea. :)
Good to see too that Buffy and Spike are okay (because she vanished without a message); Spike understood. And that Oz is such a good friend.
Enjoyed the update; looking forward to more now.

It's good to see they used to get to know the other better in the meanwhile. Awe :) @ the telephone conversation.
Spike needs someone like Buffy that tells him where to find something (...are on the floor next to the bed, level with your ankles) and not going and doing it for Spike, giving it himself (can't express it better). She lets him be independent, let him try.
Besides that - HOT chapter.
I hope Spike won't it take wrong that Buffy went home without leaving a message. But a letter would have been difficult to read for him.

Love their encounter, and the finger licking obsession. Such a sweet play. She may have put out on the first date, but when something is right, sometimes you just have to go for it. okay, i think that happened way too fast, i was hoping they would have gotten to know each other more first. and this buffy is just a tad on the annoying side, she seems a bit too desperate. i am glad that she left before the parents showed up, but i just hope spike understand why she had to leave.

Ah Dru... taking the fun away. Does she has a clue what she does to Spike, acting like she does? She makes him 'small', depending on her.
Thank got that Giles is different. He is more supportive.
But hey, so is Oz. ;)
Happy to see that Buffy and Spike have the opportunity now to get to know each other better.

The beginning of the chapter was so painful! And I just wanted to slap Drusilla. Still a mystery why Giles stays with her but I guess love is a mystery. Least he is there to temper Dru. The ending of the chapter was super sweet though! They are finally getting somewhere.

Oh my god! Funny! love the interaction! And will Spike finally see the light at the end of the tunnel? (no pun intended) That everything isn't lost. I was beginning to think he was gonna off himself or something. Or maybe drown himself in his pityparty. Glad that Buffy came to help.
