Hard (touch) situation, taking a heart and open the envelope. Anne thoughtful, taking care of everything. And I think she was thinking ahead to get Buffy and Spike back together. Maybe the envelopes are part of the plan.

Thank you for answering my comment and my question. :D

I didn't remember that Spike talked to his mother from the last chapter but I'm glad he was able to do it. And for Anne's sake that she could say good by to him and where he has to find what (her last will etc.).

Sorry I didn't get to this till now, I have computer hogs living with me!!! Anyways, absolutely loved the beginning. So sad Buffy lost Anne so quickly. Hopefully Spike will appreciate the friendship Anne and Buffy shared, and not become bitter and angry that Buffy was there in the end and he was not. Looking forward to the next chapter.

*checks warnings - sees none* I'm a bit weary when it comes to stories where Buffy and Spike were together and separated but I was curious enough to check it out. I like the start a lot - even if it made me sad to see Anne die. But I like the twist and you made me want to read more.
