oh heavens (sorry, i guess wrong word)! this is definitely a fascinating tale! buffy actually researching, giles ... watching but trying to be supportive, willow and joyce knowing more than buffy does/or can acknowledge (and i don't mean intelligence-wise), xander being as a## (well, that part hasn't changed). loving this tale! love seeing the lightness of spike, and glad to know more about his past. and tarot, vice whistler, interesting little tidbit. very, very surpris-y but not in a bad way. can't wait for more!

You better be updating this storie soon. I spent one night reading all those chappies, I was exhausted afterwards, but lets just say it held my interest. It's funnie watching Giles look up to Spike. It made me giggle quite a few times also. Keep up on the amazing writing!!

just started reading this and have gone through all 12 chapters tonight - excellent writing, good intriguing storyline, just one thought, I'm not sure how Spike got mixed up with Dru and Angelus - is that still to come out? Dru would have appeared to have claimed him at some time and he has now broken it but when and how did the original claim happen, maybe we don't need to know but it kinda bothered me. Apart from that loved it will be coming back for the rest. Great stuff!

Clever... I expected Whistler. Not sure if Tarot has plans of his own (is to be trusted) with the PTBs wanting to block Spike's visions.

So William/Spike is somewhat independent of the Powers-nice to know. And what else could Buffy pick but - Justice. And it does seem that what Spke represents and sees is death..
