Well didn't Gayle say she was not interested in Spike, he was Buffy's? Seems she has changed her mind now.
Too bad that Buffy has trouble making up her mind (lacking courage to go after what she wants).

Author's Response: Gayle hasn't exactly "changed her mind". This was not planned and both parties were drunk at the time. Spike was lonely and Gayle... well, who in their right mind would turn Spike down?!?

I hope that this is not a picture of things to come between Spike and Gayle. I know that Buffy is being stupid but it is not necessary to compound the problems between Buffy and Spike by interjecting Gayle into a sexual relationship with Spike. I like your story and somewhat like Gayle's character. But I know that she probably has an omnious backstory. Please update soon.

Wow, this story has already blown me away! Just read the four chapters and I love where you're going with this! I love how Spike and Buffy fight, they have so many issues to solve before they can be together in any way. I'm gonna shut up now ;) Can't wait for more!!

Just saying... I don't trust Gayle. In the sense I don't know what she is or where she is from (or when she is from) = I don't know what her motive is to be there.
Enjoyed the spuffyness though (as long as it lasted).
