I was so bummed when this was taken down. I just loved it (even more than "whiskey"). needless to say i was full of complete joy and excitement that it's been reposted. i can't wait for its continuation. it's one of my favorites!

Im so glad that you have reposted this so quickly. I was so disappointed when I saw that it was taken down. I absolutely love this story!! I've read it twice before. You did a great job of making Angel even more pompous and condescending. Keep up the great work. I hope you don't feel the need to change it too much because it is seriously a wonderful story already. Can't wait for the next update!

I may have passed on this story the first time around if it wasn't written in third-person narrative. I can do first, at times, but I really dislike second person. I'm glad you're rewriting it to make it suit my needs. A Season 2 Spike would definitely have been sexually frustrated with a sickly Dru and so entranced by The Slayer's fighting moves (in skirts!) that hate!sex between them would be so hot and enticing. Buffy probably wouldn't have nearly the same hang ups with Spike turning evil because he IS evil.

Author's Response: Yup. I'm trying...it was a good story and I was sad when my muse ran away. I have some good ideas though and now that I'm writing in third its easier for me. Much love xx
