Interesting start, and I love the establishment of their characters. Just one thing: I think you should do more research into your story, because the way they speak and act doesn't exactly scream historical fiction. It's kind of a mishmash between modern and olden times, you know? And seeing as this is set in the 1800s, you should adhere strictly to olden times. Anyway, great start so far and looking forward to more. How often will you be updating?
