Ouch, my spuffy heart hurts, but I understand that this is a threesome story and I have actually nothing against that kind of thing. But I want them to at least like and respect each other. I feel like both Dawn and Spike lack both respect and empathy of any kind and I just want to slap them both with some sense (and then maybe kick them out of that airplane…no, just kidding). I´m really curious how Buffy will fit into this equation, especially with her head held high. I hope she'll have the power in this threesome and make them understand what betrayel feels like. I think this actually is the first story where I really dislike Spike and want Buffy with someone else in the end. And that has never happend before. Which in a way is a compliment to your writing. I´m getting way to involved in this story, even tough I don´t actually like the storyline, and kind of hate Dawn/Spike I cant´t stop reading….So, yeah, you,'re good. But please give Buffy some depth and Spike and Dawn some consciense. Pretty please?




Author's Response: As i mentioned before, these are not very nice people. Buffy's made certain compromises. I think Spike does like and love Buffy in this story. Buffy certainly loves her husband, even though she doesn't like him (at times). Dawn certainly likes and loves Spike (in her own mind) Dawn thinks that her stepmom is a gold digger (debatable). How could she thus like or respect her? Anyway, there's a long way to go.
