great chapter. i can't wait to see where you take it from here. and i think you did a great job of capturing a 10 year old Buffy like voice. It comes across very real sounding. cant wait to see more of buffy/spike interaction. although i do love the way the watchers interact with her.

Amazing premise. I loved Spikes reaction to little Buffy, it just seemed so him, exactly how I'd picture it and you captured it perfectly! I cannot wait to read more, please update soon. =]
