Excellent shift in mood in this chapter. Buffy's anxiety came off the page in waves. I loved the conversation with Giles - how had he never shared the cautionary tale of his misspent youth? Spike's declaration that sex on moving day was a rule made me laugh. In our house, we're allowed to have beer before noon on moving day - different households!

Great update. I really enjoyed the talk between Giles and Spike. Made things sort of alot easier to digest for both of them. Buffy will be ok,she just needs to get used to it all. Though I am sure you are going to throw in some great angst now that they have moved LOL. awesome update.

Yep, stil with you. I'm digging the move, though I worry about Buffy. She seems... foreign. Or is it that everything around her seems foreign and she feels misplaced. I don't know, but it is definetly tangible... the off-ness that abounds.

I LOVE how sweet Buffy and Spike are together in this story. Now I am just waiting for the boogeyman to jump out and ruin it! lol I REALLY hope that it doesn't show up in the form of another woman..I just can't see it at this point. But ....could their parents relationship be a problem? Will Spike have to hide Buffy? Thanks for the great update!
