No way will I ever be bored of the gratuitous smut! Besides you can't help it if they can't keep their hands off each other after 3 looooooong years. I don't exactly pity Buffy having an extremely passionate guy like Spike but I do symathiize with how sore she is going to be.

Today I totally ran out of time.. :)
Awe, it's really good to see them happy again, fooling around (tickling).
Good that Spike sees his own part of the responsibility of the breakup, not only blaming Buffy for it deep down (like not trying to get her back, maybe because of this problems back then). Even it's so sad it took them three years I'm happy they found each other again. But they are happier now, more mature. It did cost them a lot of heartache coming to this point. (I'm not the one to decide who suffered more or has more guilt. They don't do it either and that makes the new start possible.)
I wonder if Spike didn't furnish his house with Buffy on his mind.. at last a little bit, unconsciously *g*. Joyce will be happy that Eve is past now, too *gg*
And thanks again for the explanation, making it clear.

Thanks for the respite from the angst, I love a happy morning after. This was fun and emotional, and Spike taking some of the blame for the break up was a surprising relief. You do a good job writing heartfelt dialogue while keeping the saccharine to a minimum.

Another lovely chapter. Very happy and sweet. Which means that you have something planned. ; ) I'm glad you clarified the part about the balcony. Even though I knew it was private properity, I was concerned. I still think they should be more careful though. The reason they were apart for three years was the paparazzi. And even though there isn't anything wrong with their relationship, you don't want to give anyone who thinks differently any help making your relationship take an unfavorable light. More please.

First off great story and new chapter- I just loved it. As for Buffy being on the pill, really it is way more of a hassle to go off of it. I speak from experience as one who has been celibate for just as long as Buffy in this story (yeah, yeah I know!) and have never gone off the pill either. Really it becomes much more trouble than it is worth. I have known people who have gone off of it for health or personal reasons and it isn't that great of a time. So really, plot device? Not an issue. :)

A wonderful chapter. And as far as staying on the pill for three years while not having sex, she surely didn't mean to not have sex for three years. No reason not to be ready should the event arise, so that's why you stay on the pill during three years of abstinence. But that is clearly going off topic, a wonderful reunion and I'm glad they seem truly ready to forgive.

Thanks for the clarification. Plenty of women stay on the Pill just to help their periods, so it wasn't out of the realm of reason for her to keep up the habit...we just didn't know. And I agree that they're definitely not in the baby place.

I can just imagine the paparazzi off the shore in a boat with a 2-foot long camera lens...LOL. Yeah, amazingly, some stars actually manage one night without being photographed. ;)

Love the udate and the story. You've been at this thing for almost a year now. I started rereading it last night (it was like reading a completely different fic) and you mentioned something about Christmas and having friends over in a early chapter (author's note).

Author's Response: Actually, it's been almost two. I started this fic in Oct. '04.
