Hey Addie, THANK GOD you write romance as well if not better than angst. That's why I keep coming back. (well one of the reasons anyway SOL)

So, paranoid me is thinking that the National Enquirer is parked in the bushes taking pictures of them ... not really sure if that would be too bad though. I am just hoping that Spike makes the first move to announce their relationship. I don't want them to appear as thouugh they have anything to hide ... I know, I know , you already have all of this worked out already ... I'm just a worrier.

No matter, they are finally together and most importantly both FINALLY APPRECIATE what they now have. (little thing called maturity and life lessons eh?)

OK that one chapter made up for all the craziness that went on in this story. They so deserved this time together and being one again. I think you did them great justice with thier rekindeling their passions and love.

Though i am sure there will some fall out from Eve,but together they can get through anything.

Woah, evil eve duh duh duh, and i thought the badness was gonna come from them taking things too fast (although i'm totally glad it's not!) - evil eve is much more fun and also by pure chance alliterative which is always great in a supervillian ;-), plus it has been way to long since B & S got any (unattached) alone time. I'm confused....I thought Spike wasn't drinking anymore but you mentioned at the club that they had some champagne. Isn't he a recovering alcholic?
Great chapter btw.

Author's Response: He's no longer drinking to the point that he no longer has any control over himself. Dawn mentioned earlier that he still drinks in social situations, which is what this is, but not to the point of excess. He had one glass of champagne at the club with Buffy, which is drinking in moderation, something I feel Spike would be capable of here.
