To klara, yeah, it would be a waste of time if you didn't wait for the Spuffyness. If you've never seen a Buffy/Other in a fanfic before, then I don't know what you've been reading. But considering I didn't have anything graphic between them and he doesn't stick around till the end, I'm standing by what I wrote. Thanks so much to everyone who has reviewed since I finished the fic! I'm currently thinking of ideas for a possible sequel, but it might be a while and everyone seems happy with the ending, so I'm not going to rush it.

And THAT's why the call it statutory rape. Poor Buffy, so young, so trusting, so confused. She can't keep up with all the swings back and forth, can't truly comprehend why Spike can't just let it all go and be with her somehow. Just terrible for him to have started this with her, especially once he knew her father just left. Anyway, it's a wonderful story, and I love the drama, the angst, the sweetness, and the hurt. Thanks for telling it in such a talented way. I really am enjoying this one very much. Well, on to read the rest, which I'm sure will be just as much fun.
