After reading "Bruised and Broken", I just had to read this one too... and it did not disappoint! I think this one was even more heart-wrenching and beatifully written. You managed to perfectly capture the seeming desperation of S6 Buffy, and the deep, dynamic love Spike feels for her, and showed us just how far he's willing to go to make her happy. Wonderful writing! I look forward to reading more of your work (hint, hint....) :)
