i just got through reading the whole story and i loved it....the only thing that upset me the most was the chapters that buffy and spike werent together after they broke up because its too sad for me to read it when they are apart and not with each other so please write some more chapters and dont make us wait for a long time to see them back together again because its killing me when i cant read about it and them not being together.....please hurry with the chapter where they make up and become one again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW! EXPLOSIVE.....i like the angst and hearbreak but not much for the drugs.....hm....altough i do like it....how toned down from heartache will B be?...GREAT CHAPPIE THOUGH. Bad Buffy......

Ohhhh, the heartache!!! I feel badly for them, but Spike really should have told Buffy about the blackmail. He's hurting her so much more by not telling her & he should be able to see that! On another note, it's nice to see that Lilah has a conscience (even if she won't reveal it to to others!) Maybe she'll eventually try and redeem herself. Please update soon! I need to find out what happens! :)

Well, I've been mulling this one over for a few days now, trying to find a way to express how I felt about the chapter. Although I don't seem to hold the same vitriol for it that a few other readers did, I have to admit that it was the first one where I... well, I was squicked, to quote a Buffyism. I'm not sure how I feel about Spike participating in sex with someone who no only doesn't appeal to him, but who revolts him. My reaction was similar to Buffy's (at the end). In some twisted way, it almost made me feel like I was reading a rape scene, what with Spike being grossed out (despite his body's reaction to Caleb) with what he was doing. On a good note, however, I thought this was a very good chapter in regards to the development of Buffy and Spike's relationship. Hopefully Spike now knows that he doesn't have to feel like Buffy's going to run off with the next 'big cock' that shows up. Oh--and this might just get me in a load of trouble, here--but to the other readers: if you have something to say about a story, something that may not be nice, please leave your name. To leave an unsigned ascerbic comment seems to me like a prank call... (sorry, rant over) Please keep up the good work, Pagan :)

Very hot! It's obvious that Buffy doesn't feel for Caleb what she feels for Spike. I don't think Spike has anything to worry about. After all - we know Buffy would never do anything to hurt him! Caleb just makes a bloody great threesome partner! Maybe Willow & Tara will join Buffy & Spike at their place some time too (without Caleb of course because that would just be wrong!)

I might have been overboard with my previous review. Sorry.... I guess the idea of enjoying a Buffy/ other extremely hot scene did bother me. If you could make Spuffy sex as hot as BC or SGlory I'd be in heaven.

I'm also worried at the can of worms you've opened here. It seems the only thing Buffy is really interested in is sex, which is all right if with Spike, but for her as well as Spike they have to take time to consider the value of commitment. It seems to me fucking on screen all day would quench buffy's need to screw other people, it it doesn't well... Plus I notice that Spike has to consciously change personalities to get it on with Buffy when she's in those horny moods of her, it can't be good and he might start to look for someone who will love him shy william and all. I'm also unhappy about the fact that the spuffy sex is less hot than say Spike/ Glory or Buffy/Caleb sex, and in the SBC threesome she seems to find more pleasure in C than in S. Plus although I love their admission of love Buffy can't even commit to not wanting another SBC threesome despite how Spike feels about it. It's all very uncomfortable.

I hated this chapter!!!!! I am sorry, but it is true....I just know that Buffy is going to break Spike's heart! And Calebe - what an ass! Buffy and Spike belong together....I did not like that she took such an extreme interesest in another man other than Spike. This is definitely drama....how can they have a long, meaningful relationship if they are constantly bringing people home. They can't. Spike should go home to his mom and take a vacation from Buffy....he needs think about his insecurities and why Buffy is sexually unsatisfied with him.....etc etc etc. Sorry, but I didn't like it.
