Aww! Spike was so sweet in this chappie, but at the same time, I totally get why Buffy decided not to get with him again (at lea st right away)! Anyways, Spike finally is starting to try yo get Buffy back! Also, I hope that Buffy finds out about what Angel's up to soon, but in a way that ingvolves minimal pain for her, because she doesn't deserve to be hurt like this again! Keep it up!!!

I loved this chapter! I like her resistance too - please make that last a bit longer because I think giving into him would be too quick and forgiving. Well, what am I saying, you two have it done already! speedy writers i tell you ;) I'm so jealous, lol. Keep up the great updates!

I think buffy did the right thing in refusing to be with Spike again. he hurt her and i think she should make him wait a little before she comes to her senses and takes him back. Something tells me that Angel and Dru are messing around. Post soon. I loved it

He just admitted that Dru was a mistake. So does that mean he broke up with Dru? I was reading Kimber's review and couldn't agree more. If he hasn't broken up with Dru first, before kissing Buffy and wanting her back, then he really is not worthy enough for either of them. How's Buffy going to feel about Spike now if she sees Dru and him all coupley after today's conversation? She will trust him even less, if that's possible. I'm so glad Buffy didn't cave and explained exactly hoiw he made her feel when he pulled his stunt.

So Spike's excuse for breaking her heart and replacing her with someone else is "I made a mistake"? You're gonna have to do a lot better than that, buddy. Please, please tell me that Spike broke up with Dru before this conversation with Buffy. Otherwise, if he is stringing Dru along until he can get Buffy back, and he's even more of an ass than I thought and I don't want Buffy back with him. The last part when Buffy explains how she's a different person after the breakup (not as weak) is almost exactly what I had said to an old beau after a nasty "break" in our relationship. So, yeah, very emotional chapter for me. Good job.

Great update!! I still ove Spike dearly but he needs to stop thinking the grass is greener on the other side. I wouldnt trust him not to do it again. Make him work for the trust. OHH make him break it off with Dru while Buffy continues dating Angelus. And dont hurt make Angelus hurt Buffy TOO bad. we do want her to recover and get back with Spike.

poor buffy - spike has to go play with her emotions like that. Well I hope we see buffy dump angel the jerk soon, but that she sticks to her guns for a while and makes spike suffer and beg for her to come back. I wanna see a little groveling on his part. But I love the story, and I can't wait to read more :)

Wow! What a powerful heart-wrenching chapter. I'm so glad that Buffy told Spike a few truths and that she didn't caved in easily for a few sweet words. Can't wait for her to dump Angelus though, he's getting more annoying by the chapter. ;)

Spike finally came out and said it. God, I want to hate him so much. Only Spike can be a character that you can both like and dislike at the same time. Very good chapter but you know I'm pretty tired of Angelus. Can you get rid of him in the next chapter...lol If I have to read anymore of his phoniness I think I'm going to gag...lol. Spike and Buffy need to start making up spuffy style...lol Where's Faith? Can we be expecting some trouble out of her? Looking forward to the next chapter

Good, I'm happy he is making a decision about wanting Buffy without Dru breaking up with him.....but, I have to say, he is starting a bad trend with wanting another girl while involved in a supposedly meaningful relationship with another. First Buffy and now Dru......Maybe if he'd broken it off with Dru before hand, I might have some respect for him....but now, it dropped even more......he can't have his cake and eat it too! and good for Buffy if she sticks to her guns.....if fact it would be nice if she points out to him how can any woman trust him when he has techincally now cheated on Buffy and now Dru. Clearly, something is going on with stupid Angelus and dumbass Dru. God, I hate them. I'm so worried about Buffy, I don't like the direction she's going in. I would've walked home, not really, but GOD I hate he is worming his way back so easily, LOL! He's is slipping back in tooooo easily, that kiss was a crumbe that should never have happened......LOL! Very conicedental Dru and Angelus left at the same time. Loved the chapter though and the exchange between Spike and Buffy. I know the sorry SOB would try to kiss her and I would have kissed him back too only with more tongue...lol Looking forward to the next update
