I am so curious as to WHO these people are that Spike has been with and who Buffy has been with I am going to have to comb history and myth i think to figure it out! Ah.. Buffy didn't take the thought of Spike being hurt good. Now she's pissed off? Angered? Not being able to help right now, go to Spike, is the worst for her. Kind of the goddess to let her feel the link again.
The goddess (one of them) is responsible for Willow's powers? No wonder they want to right what's wrong. Well they can be lucky that the gods feel that way.
~ Faith? I'm glad she didn't stake Jenner. / And I wonder if Dru will try to do something (maybe for revenge).
And if I interpreted it right Buffy decided for Spike now :-D

The action and forward momentum of these last two chapters never flagged, even when you were filling in the pieces about the origins of the other worldly women helping Spike and Lawson. I enjoyed Spike's explanation for needing to rescue Connor, and Lawson's quiet acceptance was in character and charming. The climb up the cliff face was vividly drawn, and the brutal attack and rescue were exciting.
The interaction between Jenner and Faith is breaking down Faith's emotional walls, no wonder she's scared stiff. These were an exciting, well paced chapters. Here's hoping Buffy can share her epiphany with Spike soon.

chills, tears, more chills, more tears....that was intense and amazing. I don't think I know enough adjectives to describe it all. With a soft sigh, she relented somewhat. “I am Rianwyn, child of Morgause and Pwyll. And I am the last of my line, the last to be called the Lady of Avallach.” Ok I started to cry with this quote and well we don't need to go into why. Just know that I remember too. *HUGS*

I knew she would in the end make the right choice. He is her soul and her blood and her mate, no matter what the odds. Finally she admits to herself.
Ohhh you brought Dru back in, I am sure she is going to be one pissed off, nutter vampire. I am sure her rath will be indescribable.
Faith being Faith, but yet something inside her just changed a little bit...hmmmmmm interesting to say the least.
Extraordinary chapter......

Aww, poor Faith....she hasn't been that scared since Kakistos, and this reached a totally new level within.
Interesting help they received......good thing, too, since time is of the essence. Hopefully, she sped up Spike's healing, and they can be up and following the hounds.
As for Dru...well, I can't really feel sorry for her....she's done plenty of evil over the years.

i started reading "origins" again for the 5th time from the very beginning 3 days ago. i am on chapter 30 of "revelations" now, when i checked recently updated and what do i find an update. cool!!!! as if there was any doubt about buffy choosing to stay in heaven and not staying with spike. i hope jenner's approach with faith does not bite in the butt. this story is one of my absolute favorites. i believe "origins" should be published and printed to let many more people into the "origins" universe.
