Interesting.....a quest with helpers.....well done describing the climb. I was on pins and needles hoping one or both of them wouldn't fall.

I haven't seen Tara/Oz before, but if you go that way here, it'll make a lot of sense. They've bonded in a unique way.

Anya's strength was always something I admired in the character. She might get upset, might shed some tears, but she's so naturally pragmatic, that she's never down for long. She's always aware that business needs doing.

I love this story and I am always looking for it in the updates.. Great Chapter! Can't wait for the next!

Great chapter. The climb was a little on the excrutiating side, but hey, Spike will heal...right? I'm liking the growing bond between Spike and Sam. Kinda nice for a change Spike has aguy friend and a vampire at that.

This fic is like a warm blanket for me. I return to it often. With so much good fic out there, there is equal parts bad. This is quality fanfiction of the highest caliber. The Spike characterization of this fic is the one I love the most. Strong, capable, decisive, in charge of his emotions without being a wuss - which I see far too often, and above all, loyal.

Every character adds to the story without distracting from the main theme of Buffy and Spike. I count on updates of this fic to remind me that there IS still good fic out there. There are so few *really* good fics that compel me to review.

I will sincerely be sad to see this come to an end. Thank you for updating. It was a great chapter furthering the suspense and I still find myself absorbing every update like a person starved.
