I just finished 'Origin' and this one in almost one go... 3 days without much sleep, with too much coffee and a lot of nailbiting. You are one wicked writer, pet! I really wish I had discovered this later, when it's finished! Now I have to wait impatiently for the updates. Gah!

Very entertaining writing, great twists and turns and you even made me tear up at times! Keep up the good work and I really hope Real Life, that bitch, lets you get on with this!

I love a good fight scene. And this was a great fight scene. I really love the way you're bouncing around, changing up points of view so we can get a taste of what everyone is up to, while also getting an overarching look at the confusion of battle. Fantastic!

OH MY GOD OH MY GO OH MY GOD please son't kil Giles! Oh MY GOD! That was so good! I don't have enough words to tell you how good and wonderful and brilliant and so well-written and so great this chapter was!
So Glynnis got caught, huh. I never expected Jenner to show mercy but still it came as a bit of a shock the way she died.
Gosh, now Jenner and Hawkins (poor Hawkins) have joined the fray, the pooch (loved it when Spike called them that way) are coming with the Huntsmann this time! And I bet he won't let Willow get away a second time. I so hope that Faith is going to kick Willow's ass out of the house! The Angel/Spike/Buffy fight was great! I loved the way Spike taunted Angel(us) ! “Oh right, no need for manners in the peat bog.” *lol*
Oooh Wesley is kinda making a move on Dawn! *Squeee* I've become a HUGE Dawn/Wesley fan since I've started reading your story and I don't know any other story that does this pairing! OOOh well, you'll just have to write a sequel, right? *bats eyes prettily at Niamh* (ashamed of my own not-so-subtle pleading for a sequel)
In case you haven't realized, I really really love your story. I think you have a marvelous story with a very strong plot that you have unraveled like some do diamonds.

Spike and Angel fighting has me on the edge of my seat!! I love his crack about how he was talking with his lady. I love the taunting.

I still don't feel sorry for Xander. *scoffs*

Author's Response: I think I have a knack for selling unconventional couples -- since not only Dawn/Wesley seem to be flying, but so do Faith/Jenner and . . . . well that other unlikely couple. . . . you know, the werewolf and the witch. . . . *smiles* I'm working on wrapping this one up and moving onto the next stories, and hopefully things won't be so long in coming.

Sorry that you have had such a trying summer. I hope things are getting better. I loved this update. I can't wait to see what happens next, but I am not ready for the story to be over. The interaction between everyone during the fight was very easy to imagine. Keep up the great work.

Oh Jenner has decided and that means for Spike and Buffy. And the hounds are on their way too.
And the fight is hard, going backwards and forwards.
With all the actions going on my comment is short, but I loved reading it. I feel sorry for Hawnkins now but Glynnis knew what she did risk. ~ Glad to see the update, looking forward to the next one. The fight is still not won so I'm waiting for the next chapter :) (Good one!)

WOW.....so much action and you keep it all flowing beautifully.
Glynnis is dead...i'm not sad in the least!

Xander figuring out hwere he was was funny. i had to giggle and i loved the little convo with faith. he has no clue as to whats going on(as usual). i am glad ot see hes going to recover.

OMG...dru got her fangs in giles!!!! gods i hope help is on the way for him.

i didn't think willow would be down for long. jeezz she can sure shake a house. she is gonna be in big trouble when the hounds get there. gods i can't wait to see how that goes down. i am looking forward to seeing everyone elses reaction to the hounds. :)

i like the tenderness wes is showing dawn. i think they would make a great couple.
