I'm so glad you updated! HOwever, I'm a bit confused.
The gang is upgrading from street thugs to professional white collar crime, or so it seems.
In the two months? What's happened with Spike and Buffy? Are they still lovers? Has Spike moved on (he's apparently okay with that) or is he still with Buffy?
I'm a little confused, not that this isn't a good thing. I like chaos and confusion, I work better with it! LOL.

Really good chapter, but I'm still a little off here.

Author's Response: Oh dear. I never said that they couldn't be beyond the basic knitty gritty street gang. In fact, I think it's a sterotype that gangs only do that. Most bank robberies are organized by gangs in L.A., so why not something professional? I haven't revealed what the disk is for either. You're supposed to wonder about Spike and Buffy ;) You'll see. Well, you already know the Joan scene cracked me up :-) The job in general was a nice break from all the angst. But... break over - bring on more angst now ;-)
