Poor Giles you really do feel bad for the man. I know you're gonna make him happy so I'm not to worried. I do have one question though...Spike is chipless? That's what I assumed by being "almost" kidnapped by the military. I actually like it better that way. It takes the crutch away from Buffy. Loving the story so far. More please!!

Author's Response: Yes, Spike is chipless. It's so much more interesting to give a character like his the ability to make his own positive choices, instead of them being forced upon him.
