I didn't see any warning of "charactor death", but if it wasn't part of fanfic custom to give such warnings, I'd be all scared now that Nancy would get by with killing Spike.

Really sorry to hear folks are second guessing your plans for the story. I've been enjoying it a lot and I'm waiting to see the results of Nancy's conversation with Quentin Travers. I think you've done a great job building the connections between all the characters, so I'm enjoying all the little things you're adding now to flesh out the characters other than Buffy and Spike. Keep up the good work.

I can understand why neither Buffy nor Willow like pancakes with blood instead of syrup *gg* Loved it :) The chapter I mean. And good the no one did fall for Nancy's try to get back in good graces. ROFLMAO...no blood on the pancakes...that is just brillant. I loved the interaction in the kitchen between all of them. Willow blushing with Spike and Buffy's closeness. Giles giving his best knowledge as always and trying to give Spike the benefit of the doubt. Hmm now come the good part. They know Nancy is a big ole liar,but Nancy does not have the brains to figure out ummmm duhhhhh vampires can smell a lie a mile away. Which then interns giving Buffy the heads up being the mate. Oh I love how you are playing this character out. She makes me laugh at how gulible she thinks they are all. Wonderful chapter. YOU write how ever you choose to write it. People just need to have patience. You are an excellent writer and you always develop your plots well and bring everything together. So let people get over themselves.

I love it when you write those funny things, especially as the humor is so much near the humor in the actual show. This makes it all so authentic, and I like it very much.

Regarding your last statement, I have to wonder a bit why you did freak out so much? I read the reviews, and I could find only one reviewer who told these things about sacrificing Spuffy for Nancy... Anyway, I just wnated to say that I'm completely okay with the way the story is going. I never reject some plot in a story...*g* If someone's unsatisfied, I suggest, he or she goes on writing this fic him/herself. Personally, I love to get surprised, and as I don't know how this is about to end, I squeeze my thumbs for a happy end - even if we probably have to face Travers soon. This fic really has made a development that keeps on surprising me. Thanks for the update!

Don't change a thing! I love where you're taking this story. People are nuts because the plot is developing so well and it's still spicy to boot. i really couldn't ask for more. You have given me a real good villian I can sink my teeth into. I get tired of hating Drusill and Angel all the time. This anti-slayer is just perfect. I love how none of them fell for her act. What a bitch! Love it!

I for one have no problems with the way you've handled this story. I think Nancy has really only had a big part when it was part of the story line, and I've enjoyed the whole story includeing this chapter.

I for one am enjoying the fic tremendously, and you need an antagonist in every tale (and bitchy Nancy really fits the bill) you have to have someone you love to hate in a story - it perks it up. But I still get to try and figure out where it's going - that's part of the fun (I'm almost always wrong on where a writer is taking the tale, but I sure love to try to guess). My personal opinion at this point in the tale is that you are putting just enough of everything in there - sure I always love a good Spuffy scene in every chap, but I love all your tales from start to finish with or without spuffiness in a continuous mode - I know you'll always give me what I want - Spuffy, Angst and REAL STORYLINE EVERYTIME and more Spuffy so keep em coming any way YOU like and I'll keep enjoying! I, personally, love the way you're making this story flow and go by. I think everything is balanced in a way that makes the story well thought out and good to read. Anyway, all I can say is continue what you're doing and whatever you're doing, because it's your fic and it's doing damn well! Can't wait for Friday.

Got to say that I loved this kind of homey chapter, just made me smile. And the interaction between Spike and Willow just picks up more of Spike's loyalty. So now the question is what is Nancy planning??? I want to add you need no explanations for me about your plot, love your writing, and love going where ever you take me with it. I am so happy that with your wonderful imagination and writing skills you are willing to share them, and because it is about my favorite couple ( and its sexy Spike to boot) I, personally am a happy camper.
