Great scene where Spike is observing the three generations of women and wonderful description of the glimpse he gets of old Buffy peeking from underneath the hat. So sweet that Spike sees them as a family and is willing to fight their "dragons". Loved the back and forth between the two of them on the computer and of course that he's there for her at the end of the chapter.

I must've read this story 3 or 4 times already but come back to it every so often. This is my favorite line in this chapter.
"Where had all the air gone? Because suddenly he couldn't breath."
