yeah an update. i have no idea about a beta i usually just post a 'i need a beta' on the tag board and wait for someone to respond. loved the chapter and i hope you find someone soon. keep up the awsome work

Gosh... big problem there. I think Buffy is the one with real head on her shoulders. From a very young age she'd shouldered pretty heavy responsibilities and these two men, whether they think they're important in her life or not, just expected her to give up everything for them. Do they have the right? I think only to a certain extent. They weren't there for her when life was hard on Buffy, and she'd made it out till now on her own. She's a survivor. These two men should show a little more respect to her than to make their demands on her like that. *LOL* Don't worry, sweetie, I'm just rambling.

As for the beta bit, I'm betaing for Nemo right now and I haven't listed myself yet but I'm thinking of doing that since I have a few "fic slots" open. ;) However I'm not advertising myself here, I think you have a right to choose which beta do you want from the links cordykitten gave you. Good luck with that!

still don't like xander.

FIrst of all...Xander is pissing me off here! What the heck was Buffy suppose to do? Set back and let her and her sister starve! Everything she did, she did for the love of her child and sister..

Now...My view on the Buffy/ Spike situation..I understand Spike's POV of the situation..and that he doesn't like Buffy stripping..but then again....I don't exactly see him on his knees asking her to marry him and telling her he loves her. She is suppose to give up her comfort zone to move to LA...just because he wants her to not be a stripper.

They need to take some time and get to know one another again..and fall in love. Spike should work out some type of schedule so that he can spend time with his daughter too.. Bet all this will go a bit more angsy than that though, hunh? lol Keep up the great work!

Author's Response: I think Xander's pissing of everyone... including me! ;) But Buffy and Spike are already in love... Buffy was in love with him since she was 12 and Spike fell in love with her when she was Anne. But they'll have their talk. Thanks for the review! - Spikegirl

When I got to that line...I just melted. I just love Emma's character. Spike and Buffy have GOT to work things out. That little girl deserves both a Mommy and Daddy! Since Buffy and Spike are in love...theres no excuse for them not to figure this out! lol
