What a lovely image :)! Elizabeth, with a candelabrum and threatening William. Furious and angry. So pretty ;)! (Beautiful story to tell grandchildren too: "When I met your grandma, she tried to knock me down with a candelabrum...) William didn't fail this time: sure he understood he had just met the perfect match! A big change with Aimée. Always smiling and charming, well, playing... It seems that Elizabeth is not as naive as everybody think around her. She's perfectly aware of her mother's plan. No doubt that she will understand a lot of things in the future (especially this: convent sucks). So here is Faith... Mad ideas in my mind: Angel with... Faith! And Aimée in... convent! Let's get nuts... I can't wait for the next chapter!

I was kinda hoping that Buffy would have read Angel the riot act when he casually broke off the engagement without so much as doing it himself in person. The notion that Angel thought that he met Aimee first when he had an engagement first to Buffy just shows that he is truly Darla's son. Darla should Aimee's number real quick since they are so much alike.

Loved the way Spike was drawn to Buffy. The defeated way Buffy resigned herself to a nunnery really has me wondering why she never confronted Angel and demanded that he should have beeen man enough to face her to end their engagement. *Just me*

Really am enjoying this story, since I grew up on the Gulf coast in Texas. Thanks for a quick update.

Author's Response: Well, there's a reason why she didn't do that to Angel. It wasn't really his fault, he didn't know of the engagement, Darla forgot to tell him about it, relying only on the power she thought she held over him. So, that's why. Darla and Aimée are very similar and they're going to clash as soon as they begin living under the same roof.

I'm glad you liked that part, I loved writing it. And I just answered why she didn't confront Angel this time. *hint hint* ;)

Great update. So glad William met Elizabeth and his thought of her. Glad so far hea and Angel are friends. It would be nice if they weren't enemies in this story and cooperate on getting back at Snyder , Darla, and Aimee. I so love this story.

*big grin* I love this story. I have an idea of where it's going but I'm still on the edge of my seat, exited about another chapter. Things are starting to look up for William and I know there's still angst to come but I can't wait for Spuffy goodness. I wonder how Aimée's going to explain having Spike sneak up to her room.
