I just had to read this again, it was great!

Well..Sure it's going to take some work for Buffy to fit her life with Spike's..but it's hardly fair for anyone to expect it to happen right off the bat.

Sure Wesley and Fred seemed to have been able to do it right..but if you think about it..Spike kinda has a big target on his back right now. There would be a lot of spoiled, rich bitch women that won't take kindly to Spike having a REAL significant other.. I imagine it would take some time for eveyone to realize that the playboy that everyone knows is seriously not going to have his head turned.

I hope future chapters show Spike and Buffy determined not to be deterred by this one horrible night..*sigh* I love this story!

I'm so glad Spike and Buffy opened up to each other. I can't wait to find out what happens next. I'm kinda hoping we see Fred and Wesley again. Buffy could use a friend like Fred to talk to. Fantastic chapter as always!

I'm sorry to say this but Buffy is an idiot and if she had any common sense at all she would have just walked away from Faith. It's people like that who can't let nothing go that starts wars and hold grudges forever. She is way to confrontantional, I mean if this was a man and whenever someone said something to him he would start a fight we would look down on him and call him barbaric to me this is just as bad. I mean what exactly is so important about some stupid crap that comes out of Faiths mouth anyway? It's not like it will change anything at all. I mean walking away would have been the smart thing to do but I guess Buffy lacks in the brains department. This is not her world and until you know the rules you should keep a low profile.

Well, at least they are still together... and seem to be able to talk it out.

Sigh, oh well, this kind of stuff is exactly why I dropped acting classes and ran away from the hills of Hollywood.

You see, it is a nightmare there...fake, freakish and destructive. I think it takes an incredibly strong person to actually survive the entertainment business. Somehow, in someway (generalizing again here!) it seems that all show biz people screw up their lives somehow.

It's either drugs, alcohol, bizarre behavior of some kind; exploitation in the press. Their lives and relationships are fish bowls and sadly none rarely survive the scrutiny.

Look at Lindsay Lohan. She was absolutely adorable as a child actress and then she hit young adulthood.
Her family life fell apart; she's way too thin and the press makes fun of her eating habits. She's living 'la vida loca' and she's not even 20 years old???
Would a parent not intervene in this if this was just any 18 or 19 year old?

I'm not judging, just pointing out that these talented people seem to get sucked into this crap.

No wonder Spike was the way he was. Buffy's right:
'shes' too good for them.

Perhaps she should just lick her wounds at home, back east allow Spike to follow her around for a while?

Anyway, the chapter was great and I'm thrilled you're back to updating this so much!
