Buffy dated Angel while inSunnyD? interesting. That's going to make the conversation a little strained. Did Spike know that she was dating him then and if he had known him then maybe he's not playing on the same side as Buffy. Intriguing piece of information. Guess this little trip was really a bust. What a twist Cas, thanks, it was great.

Author's Response: Spike didn't know Buffy when they were in Sunnydale - and all he knew about ANgelus is that he wanted to keep Dru as far away from him as possible (and preferably himself too).

Uh-huh.. They meet Angel and Dru too. And Buffy fears Angel? Ah, she knows him from the past! Things are getting interesting :) Unexpected twist.

Author's Response: Hoping to catch you with more unexpected twists! But if you notice, they will almost all have some basis in canon, even if the timing and so are off a bit.

Didn't see that run in coming...I can see the connection between Spike, Dru and Angel..but how in the heck did Buffy meet the likes of Angel? In her wilder days? I'm intrigued.. Good update!
