Author's Response: Hoping to catch you with more unexpected twists! But if you notice, they will almost all have some basis in canon, even if the timing and so are off a bit.

Author's Response: I am glad you think the characters are believeable. I hope you think that as it goes on the story continues to get more interesting- there will be lots of twists. I am trying to avoid the typical Spuffy story where it all kind of peters out towards the end because we all know where the story is going. (Unfortunately this has made for a kind of slow beginning.) If you stick with it, I promise a very suprise ending!

That certainly would be an even bigger blow to the ole' ego..Not only did Angelus set out to hurt her..but only because he wanted to hurt someone else. Poor Buffy..

I think Spike is right *gg* Buffy was very hungry because she hurried to dress so fast :) ~ Oh my.. that went wrong. I wonder if Spike is right and he killed the two man. BTW: the one thieve run away with the money... he didn't take the wallet I think (I guess in the walled were his credit cards and his identity card). Good chapter though. What a twist!

I'm really not sure what I think about Spike. I mean, he's VERY suspicious, but it could just be because we know that he's suspected of some stuff that things he does look incriminating. Gah! Great fic though, please keep going, I really wanna know what's up with Spike.

Author's Response: Thanks. I love your comment. I am trying very hard to make Spike ambiguous. It's hard, because he seems so sweet when he's with Buffy and I so want him to perfect (and mine). But of course, IRL no one is perfect, including Spike Thorndale.

I really hope Spike isn't so dumb to have stolen art around in his house... I really hope. Buffy will find out. Buffy and her shoes/changing? Fun :)

Yeah.. too bad when you can't read the menu because it is in a foreign language... and the other thing is that your portions are small. So Buffy was tipsy... Cute, how she acted. So she got sentimental :) Good she told Spike about the food, he understood. I'm looking forward to read more, to find out how this will all turning out.

I don't know what to think about your Spike. He seems like a really nice guy, but we already know for sure that he's hiding something. This is turning out to be some mystery, and I'm really loving it! Please, update more soon!
