GREAT, GREAT CHAPTER. Loved that they finally got to talk together about what happened before, and I also liked very much their "phone" relationship, So "teenage" like... hour and hour talking about all and nothing... Really one of the best chapters if not the best one. Please update soon.

Wonderful update! October sure was an eventful and very satisfying month. I loved Spike and Buffy's conversation at the end of the chapter. I'm so happy everything is out in open now between them. It was great Xander showed for the party. Can't wait for November.

*Gasp* We get two month for one? (JK) I'm glad :) Huh? Buffy let Willow tell Spike she isn't there? After five times no wonder he stopped asking (for now). Buffy thinks she'll make a mistake again? *next month* Ah, Spike found her. Did Buffy fear to meet (speak with) Spike because she loves him? That would be silly.... But that's Buffy. She still fears to tell Spike she loves him. But what a nice surprise: Spike came to see her in Cairo :)

You're doing a great job with your characterization of Buffy. You really captured her personality well, I can totally imagine her reacting this way. I hope she takes Willow's advice and opens up to Spike soon. Great chapter!

um, when did she ever stop being in love with him? i don't understand how that could just stop, if it did, then she wouldn't care so much about seeing him. i refuse to believe that spike doesn't still love her either. i just hope they'll officially get together soon. just meeting up every month for a few days isn't enough.
Author's Response: No, she didn't stop. She thought she was over him, entirely different concept. And she fooled herself into thinking it was all about sex, like she says in her talk with Willow in February, but now she has to face the fact that it isn't. All about sex.
