I do get what SPike was trying to do with Buffy. Though he was talented enough to give her an orgasm many times over..he was trying to get her to give up some of that control that tends to hold her back. By making her beg for release..it made the orgasm that much more intense and allowed Buffy to see that it's ok to loose control. That there is pleasure in giving over control..I am betting the idea is not just for this one experience..but Lorne is trying to help Buffy for future experiences as well. Though I am of course hoping that Buffy doesn't have any other future experiences unless it's with Spike! lol Great update!

wow. yeah.....a cigarette would definately be of the good right about now and i don't even smoke. first time for everything i guess. lol. loved it so much. i noticed how reluctant buffy was about surrendering to spike in this. i guess i overlooked it before cuz i just figured that it was just buffy being her usual stubborn self. she doesn't trust easily and she won't beg (before spike) any man. she puts up these walls arpund her heart cuz no man can be trusted. Do you know that there's a heat wave here in France ? Do you imagine how hard it is to stand in a very little room with a computer that heats the place even more and not being able to let go before finishing both chapters ?! Yet I just did... This is it : I just found out I'm a masochist ! But it was sooooo gooood anyway ! I even printed the stuff so that I can read it again tomorrow morning (eh, in a few hours actually) in the train surrounded by poor unsuspecting fellow travellers ;-) They won't know what they're missing...
Really, I just can't believe this is your first fic. It's so well written, the plot progresses so well and the characters are so lovable and vulnerable and hot (and this is a librarian talking). And you have a wicked sense of humor...
