And you do it again, another great chapter. The first part, while insanely funny, was a bit on the random side, but my sister tells me that it's a necessary ingredient in a good Spuffy flick, so I forgive you. Besides, it was hilarious and highly entertaining!

I loved Spike's little speech about the Scoobies. It just seems a lot more powerful coming from someone like Spike. I mean Buffy or another one of the Scoobies saying it is one thing, but Spike? The fact that he isn't a member and isn't even liked by the majority of the members makes the speech all the more powerful. I mean, Spike could've just said it's a packaged deal and be done with it, but he actually goes on to say that they're all helpful, which makes it meaninful. And then there's the fact that he's saying it to Superman, which takes a level of bravery as it is because, I mean, it's Superman.

And then, again, you pull the seriousness back into comedy by including the lovely and comedic Anya dialogue. Then, you bring the focus right back to the plot with the final paragraph while including a little bit of the romance I know all the readers are looking for.

You're doing a fabulous job combining all the elements necessary for good story telling: comedy, romance, drama, good plot, good characters. Once the action emerges in later chapters you'll have the complete set!

hehe loved the jealous spike "All right, Buffy, get your hands off the superhero and let’s get back to work" lmao.

This story is so much fun to read. Loved the Spuffy interaction, and Spike's reaction to Buffy's touching of Superman's chest. Fantastic chapter!
