Back to school ... so Buffy is ready now. And already met another girl, a potential friend. ~ Hehe William has another job now, tutor? And a bit risky to promise all (but William won't use her). This was fun.
And the banner? Doesn't look bad :) I don't understand much of the work of making one but you managed to put "all their faces" into it as they appear in the story. That fits perfect :)

The ending with them was cute. I see much sparks between these two. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I'm sure he'll soon have her forgetting all about Spike. I also think the banner is pretty and would love to see it bigger. The way I do it and I think others do the same is uploading the picture in photobucket or something like that, and then putting that code in your chapter. I have a feeling of how you did it in here and those are always too small. Anyway, I'm still loving this story. Can't wait for more=)

I loved Buffy's interaction with Rachel, and Spike. The closing scene was fun. Great chapter! ~ The banner is very nice... it's kind of a shame it isn't bigger though, but I still liked it! :D

Aww... I got a shout-out~ Yay me!! ;) Seriously though, what a gracious reader to appreciate her audience. Again, LOVED IT! I like the way that "dragging her into the darkness, where she belongs" was interpreted as bringing her back home. Of course, it was hard to see it that way on the show, when taken at face value, but you are a clever girl! A great analogy, since the main thing that Spike wanted was to not be afraid and to embrace all of her, even the "darkness." In a way, with Will teaching her to fight, knowing what she's been doing in her mind for 6 years, he is again encouraging her to be who she really is.

And shirtless Spike/Will....mmmm, hot. "Nuf said! ;) I giggled that she was so distracted by his state of partial undress. And I'm not quite sure how to interpret that shiver, when she tells him how much she felt for Spike, but again, just to depict such a viseral response is downright nummy! But finally, like Spike, the emotional floodgates open, and I love the way he clings to her with relief that she didn't hate him all those years.

I guess just like Buffy, you've given us a "breakthrough!" Fabulous update! Keep feeding that muse, because this is seriously getting good. ;)

Wonderfully emotional chapter again. Buffy's explanation to William is so telling, particularly the way she switches from referring to "Spike" in one moment and "you" in the next. The concept that William brought her back into the world as opposed to Spike pulling her into the dark is genius!
