You still keep me wondering who did it (shoot Liam) and what will happen if Buffy confesses. Now that they know she can't have killed him.

Gah! The angst! I've loved this story since you started it, and I haven't been able to get enough of it since. I hope if Buffy does turn herself in, Fred's information will be able to get her out of trouble. I'm so glad she knows William's covering, couldn't stand him being locked away in prison.

Ok, 5 bullets, but 3 shots from Buffy....who shot him then... I hope that Buffy and William will be soon reunited...this situation is nerve racking, and Buffy deserves some peace and love now... so does Spike, after all, he has proved his love through and through.

Now, they need a pathologist to estimate the angle of imapct from the bullets in Liam - cuz they always do an autopsy when there's been a murder - and see if there's enough there to tell where the murderer was standing, and how far away the gun was.

We have several possible suspects - any of Liam's ex-wives, Lindsey, some jealous person from work, the woman Liam was screwing on the side (or women).......you could even have it be Dru, since we don't know what she's been up to since Will left.

Okay, now I'm incredibly curious to see where this is going. I mean, I was at the beginning (obviously, otherwise I'd not still be reading), but 5 bullets?! Where did they come from?!

I'm glad that it's redeeming evidence for Spike and Buffy, however. :)*

I've waited for updates since early on in this story and now they're coming rapid fire. You're making me as edgy as Buffy and Spike must feel.
That was NOT a complaint!
I wish all updates happened like this. Keeps the "in the moment" thing going on.
By all means keep it up. It's almost like reading a finished story that keeps you at your computer and neglecting things like showers and combing your hair.

So the question of who really shot Liam is looming large. And how did Will's prints get on the gun? I did read that correctly, didn't I?

I'm glad Buffy wants to do the right thing, but she and Will are kind of making a mess of things. If nothing else, it seems like Will would get in trouble for obstruction of justice.

As usual you weave a wicked tale. I was wondering if Buffy's blind shots had even hit Liam. Another shooter makes sense. There must be a number of folks with motives, since our Liam was such a charmer....
