I have been reduced to a puddle of Spike and Buffy love.
I'm gonna have to go back and read the page 30 more times today from just how great this is.

I started reading think thinking Oh nooooo Giles shut up and go away and Spike come in for some tea and then by the next part I was so excited I was cheering at my laptop screen. I started pooring tears with the ring box and the folded page from his book. Lovely just lovely makes me fall in love with Buffy and Spike all over again.

Bloody review didn't go through so I'm going to try again.

Fantastic update. I didn't like horrid Giles but then I suppose Spike is very much persona non grata (or should that be vampire non grata?) at this point in time and in some shape or form has been carrying on with his Slayer. Buffy and Spike together was just beautifully brilliant. I have loved every part of this amazing story and this was no exception - bravo.

Peeved because that wasn't as good as my first attempt but am going to try to send this review again - everything is crossed.

I dislike this Giles.. At least his idea that William was some sexual predator made Buffy got to Angel for answers.

Finally... Buffy has come to certain realizations about Spike/William vampires and love.. And the ring. Yet hate that she hits him and hopefully she can love Spike and not "do that again". Hope.

Oh poop. I just wrote the longest review I've EVER written, and it didn't go through. :( And I'm too tired to rewrite, and I kind of LOST the gist of it, so just going to say that this update was fabulous, as usual, and that it's made everything so clear between Spike and Buffy. Really impressive character development and plot growth, allowing us to see the equal amount of hurt distributed to them both, and how once they acknowledge their equality in this matter, that they're on the same level, they can overcome obstacles, etc. Hoping whatever problems from Giles etc. won't be as great now that they SEEM to be getting over their issues! Love this fic!
