This is such a great story ... incredible in fact ... cannot believe it is your first attempt. Pleast don't abandon it. I hope you have an outline and are ready to roll. It is emotionally charged and really at a hot juncture here. Your Spike is so so (cannot think of an adequate adejective) but he is perfectly written!! All of your characters are ... keep it up!

I knew it was going to happen. But still? How could she forgive him just like that. Buffy didn't offer any resistance at all and just let him play her. And now I really want Angel to get whats coming to him. Not just lose the girl type of feelings but more hours of torture and a painful death type of thing. I'm proud of Spike for the clean break idea. I can't wait for more of this. I really loved this chapter. It made me cry, it was so emotional. Excellent job.

It's funny, I was JUST thinking about this story today, went and checked to see if I had missed an update or something, cause I really wanted to read it. I saw that it hadn't updated, but then I check "Recent Updates" just a few minutes later and PRESTO! Updated chapter. lol! Almost wish I had been searching for a million dollars instead, lol.
Realllllly good chapter! Very sad, but very good. Loved it and I'm looking forward to more. =)

This blew me away. Whilst patently untrue it's a feeling that's so easy to relate to.

That isn't right for Buffy. She is only thinking about herself and the pain that she is going through. But she isn't thinking about what Spike is going through seeing her with her husband all the time.
Anyways, I love this story. Can't wait to see what happens next.
