I love this story more and more, and the way you write never fails to leave me in awe.

Perhaps a bit more Angel bashing could have been squeezed in, but his Angelus-like actions are fun to watch. And the Adam-like Riley - bonus!

I'm sorry that Sanze'ana met such an untimely end, even if she did manage to take down a Gentleman. At least she escaped Riley's advances!

I've just caught up on a whole heap of chapters (don't know why I hadn't been reading as you posted) and wow. There's too much to comment on but OMG this is fab. I had to actually stop reading when I thought it was Angel going to give Spike up but it was Cordy - I know she's a bitch but bloody hell! Please let Buffy wake up and get to Spike before they are able to do too much to him - I am on my knees while writing that bit. Oh the Spuffy bathroom chapter - hot and steamy - and so was the room!! Loved it to bits.

Author's Response: SQUEE! I love it when people catch up! Yeah, Cordy saved Angel's ass by giving up Spike - the BITCH! Ahem...sorry. I can't promise he won't be changed by the time someone finds poor Spike, but it'll all be good...in the end... hopefully? Glad you liked the bathroom scene ;) mmmmm shower sex....mmmm

The Sanze’ana scenes were very well written, you really made me care about her... I found her death so sad. :( And OH NO!!!! The Spike scene is breaking my heart! *bites nails* Can't wait to read more! Good update.

Author's Response: Well, it was somewhat of a mercy for Riley to kill her - saved her from a fate worse than death wouldn't you say? Don't wanna break your heart, but it's gonna get bad! (ducks head and runs for cover) Thanks for the review hun!

This chapter was just soooooooooooooo frickin awesome, all the action all the angst, and hey, a little buffy, Cordy, Angel humoor thrown in. Riley, sooooooo hate him, glad he got covered in goo twice, LMFAO. And nooooooo, they got poor Spike, please Mistress Carrie, don't let them hurt him, make the drug wear off Buffy fast b/c of her slayer abilities and have her kick some serious RIley ass. My fav line: “You know what Riley? Kill him, kill him a lot!”, LMFAO - bloody brilliant. Luv ya my twisted sista.

Mistress Carrie must put aside your wishes for the time being concerning Spike, but I do promise some Angel ass kickage. How's that? That Kill him... LMAO on that end note! And the chapter was brilliant, my friend. Loved the backstory and how it led to Spike's capture. I'm really intrigued over Riley and the way Maggie treats him/deals with his temper tantrums. Poor Sanze'ana, but I guess Riley killing her like that saved her from what could have potentiall been a fate worse than death. Loved reading things from her POV, it was very interesting.

“And you ARE getting paid. Didn’t Doyle promise you some kind of Coochy Handbag, or something?”


Even though she had no voice, Buffy bent over with laughter. Cordy gave her an evil glare before turning to Angel and grit her teeth. “It’s Coach! Not Coochy, you fashionably challenged imbecile!”

That was priceless and had me in stitches. I wonder what Angel might have to do to earn her forgiveness after messing up so badly. He's so beyond dense where Buffy is concerned. Thank God Buffy has moved on onto better things. :D I'm looking forward to more, sweetie! This was fabulous!

Author's Response: Tee hee, liked that, did ya? I love when Beth does that to some of her chapters, so I thought I'd give it a try - no infringement upon Beth by any means, of course. And I agree, Riley killing her saved her from a fate worse than death. That Coochy bag... LMAO - I got that from my brother who calls one of my cats Cooch. (the cats name is Cush - but what does he know?). Don't know if Angel CAN earn her forgiveness...we'll see... dum dum dummmmm! Thanks for all your help dearest!

Nice twist to show the Initiative from Sanze'ana's POV.
Heh heh, bad for Riley (and the other demon). Too bad that his head didn't explode ;)
Poor Cordy, the yellow goo is certainly not her favorite wear.
Oh damn.. that's really bad. Thanks to Angel and Cordelia they have Spike now.
I really hope you'll update soon!
