The sparring was vividly drawn and very intimate. Spike was at Buffy's neck again and again and again, but there was no sense of imminent danger. You made Buffy going from Point A to Point Z believable. Yeah, Spike's in love with her, but what's she going to do with it?

I think it's my favourite chapter. Well done! Really! I LOVED the fighting scene. I love your Spike. I love him more than any other Spike in any other story right now. And Buffy? Way to be stupid! How could she ask him that?!? Well, I understand why she did it, I maybe even I would have done that too, but still... Ask a guy (any guy) if he's in love with her?! LOL Way foolish. But asking Spike that might actually work. Or not. I'm really, really impatient to see, how you resolve it.
