I have no problem understanding that it took a lot to write - but you managed to make it so beautiful and sad. I cried with them. So sweet when Spike realised what was going on and just held her until he broke through her catatonia.

Wow, I can just imagine how hard it must have been to write these last two chapters, honey, but you did it beautifully. They were angsty, yes, but they were done in a realistic, reasonable way. Especially this chapter, you made me run the full gamut of emotions, from Xander's guilt to Spike's rage and despair, then his resolution to get his girl back and his desperation when he couldn't get her back from the place she had gone within herself and Buffy's shock and guilt and loss and love. I'm glad they could put this past them, they make sense and that they made it through something as hard as this just means that they can get through the year since they can be truly together, they're unbreakable. Bravo, cariño! Take a bow, because you outdid yourself!

I'm glad you made it better; Spike had to fight for it. You made me worried when Buffy didn't want to wake up again. But in a way it's a great break in the story = they have come to the end of their carefree time together now that her family has arrived / will arrive soon. Eh more the end of an era.

Well done hun, for managing to go to that dark place and channel it into something so beautiful. Buffy's stupor made me think of Cathy in Wuthering heights when she goes slightly mad before she dies when Heathcliff and Edgar fight- although of course Buffy's state wasn't brought about by jealousy and a desire to punish - nevertheless your writing brought that agitation and removal from reality immediately to mind.
I'm so glad they sorted it out though, now all we need is for a year to pass very very quickly OR for there to be some way that they don't have to be apart!

I absolutely loved it, i think you captured that moment perfectly. To think you've lost someone you love is absolutely devastating and to get them back is almost worse for a while because of the guilt over what happened.
The brilliant thing is that by revisiting a dark place you've turned it into something beautiful with your words.

Hey sweetie, well that might have taken a lot out of you to write, but you did a brilliant job! The emotion in Spike's reaction was just amazing, had tears prickling in my eyes when he was shaking Buffy and screaming at her to look at him. Gracious!
And so, they are back together, but sadly not for long. I wonder how the seperation is going to effect our young lovers? Very interested and can't wait for Wednesday to read the next chapter. Ok, maybe I can wait because that will mean I am back at work, but at least there will be one good thing about returning...I get to read more of this!
