okay, when you said angst, i figured buffy would walk in when she kissed him, but having him punch her in the face, sorry, i can't tolerate that, anything that makes spike an abuser is just not for me, even if the bitch had it coming. buffy should have been the one to punch her, i figured he would just shove her away, not actually hit her, spike doesn't get a break at all in this story. there's no going back from that, he's just going to get worse now, and i was hoping this was the point when he was starting to get better. and yeah, buffy should never celebrate her birthday again.

This is a dark story (that of course will end well) and Spike may be a victim here but he is not perfect. If he was, I'd think that would be a bit unrealistic. Thanks for your review!

OH MY FUCKING GOD, I LOVE THAT SPIKE PUNCHED HER, THOUGH I FEEL SO BAD FOR HIM!! i LOVE this story and am so happy that u updated. i cant believe that she kissed him and that joyce kicked him out, he didnt mean to hit her, he just panicked. i really hope that buffy goes after spike and that this doesnt come between them. also i hope that joyce finds out the truth and that she doesnt stay mad at spike. This chapter was so upsetting I don't even know what to say. It's so heartbreaking. Just as he was getting on to his feet. That Bitch! How could Faith be like that. So upset right now. Great twist and turn, but I hope that Joyce can actually really open her eyes and see what kind of person Faith is and realize how wrong she was to kick Spike out without even finding out the real story. Poor Buffy, another b-day down the drain. Can't wait for the next chapter.

seriously? really? again? a cliffhanger is supposed to come up maybe twice in a story, really leave everyone on the edge of their seats you know? but it's getting ridiculous. you end every chapter so abrubtly it's getting hard to read. it's like reading have a page of a book and stopping. and doing it again two days later for a year and a half. i love a good cliffhanger but i feel this is ruining a great story.
i really like your stories, i've read them all. bit i'm really not enjoying this anymore. this isn't a flame, asnd i really hope you don't feel it is. i don't expect you to change you're writing. i just want to let you know that i feel you may be losing readers over this. i'm really sorry but i won't be reading this anymore...

Uh-oh...hopefully Buffy can see what Faith was trying to do and not buy her mother and cousins side of things. Especially since Buffy had that conversation with Faith earlier. She should just dig her party and go to him.
P.S...can Buffy punch Faith too for trying to go after Spike?
