YAAAAAAAAAY! And God, did you take me on an emotional ride on that one! I'm not hating on Buffy. I totally get her side, even if it is a bit irrational, but for the character you've created, it makes perfect sense for her to be apprehensive. And it's fitting that Spike would take such offense because he's so damn sensitive. I'm glad they managed to talk to each other and that things are seemingly looking hopeful for the two of them. Great chapter, Tina! Can't wait for the next one.

Yeah, Spike was pretty pissed and I think he had every right to blow up at her, but in the end, with a little help from some drugs (lol), they finally got it together. OOPS! Forgot one thing. Something funny about the "oh shit" reference. During one particularly boring road trip, my late brother-in-law & I came up with an acronym for it: Overhead Strategic Handle for Intense Turns. So, ya see! You know what really got me about the hot tube scene? Spike laying there, looking at Buffy as snow fell on her hair... GAH, THAT's a tear jerker! And a sob caught in my throat when he thought he wasn't worthy enough.

Then you topped it off with Spike holding out his hand to have Buffy join him in his bed, to sleep....guh, what girl wouldn't melt at that??? And I swear to Andrew, if Buffy FOBAR's him, I WILL send Validus after you - no holds barred.
