Awwww we all knew Spike was all sweetness on the inside. Hank is gonna die a horrible, painful death right??? Loved seeing some sweet moments with Buffy and Spike in this chapter.

Spike tending to Buffy, hurting when she hurts, showed she means something to him. He can be tender and caring, but I wouldn't like to be in Hank's place.

I think Willow's thoughts were right on the money... getting away from Hank as soon as possible is the best thing for Buffy. Loved the tenderness Spike lavished on Buffy. :D Great chapter!

Damn that Hank! Oooh,I hope something horrible happens to him and soon. Maybe a nasty fall down a very treacherous cliff or something? Pretty please? As for Spike...or very much William at this moment, I adored seeing his softer side and I sincerely hope that Buffy takes it into consideration and quits being so darn pigheaded all the time.

Great chapter, as usual...plus, brilliantly written. Looking forward to the next chapter and am seriously wondering when dear old Angelus is going to be making an appearance to try and stake his claim.

I very much like especially Buffy softening toward Spike. I can't wait for the Hank and Spike confrontation. I am conflicted because I want them married ASAP but I am also enjoying this bizarre sort of courtship they have going on.
