God, this is so completely amazing!
I'm not sure how on earth I missed this fic, but i've just spent the best part of 45 mins catching up on it, and I love it! I got pretty choked up by the last couple of chapters, but a little angst never hurt anyone- especially when it's written well.
Gorgeous stuff- really looking forward to the next part!

Hip hip for a quick update! Spike did make slight amends, but he's still in the unpleasant corner for me. I was surprised that Darla agreed to help him so readily, especially after spending the night consoling Buffy.

I loved the line about Buffy going to a class for imperfect people. The tension and her reactions during the breakfast scene were very realistic. Looking forward to more!

My spuffyheart is happy to see Spike arguing with Dru. Yet... if he rather spends his time with Buffy he isn't honest to Dru.
And they got into a fight again. *sigh* Not a good chapter spuffywise. Poor Buffy.

You're going to have to work really hard for me even to get close to liking Spike again or wanting him with Buffy. I don't care if he is confused or not, you do not treat your best friend who is in love with you this way. Not sure what kind of person you are trying to make Spike out to be, but the fact that he told Buffy that Dru is a better person than Buffy can hope to be is pretty close to a deal-breaker. Not sure how Buffy can just "forget" that. If I was Buffy, I would be re-thinking why I was in love with such a jerk. Not sure how you are going to work this out. Hopefully with major, major Spike groveling and more Buffy rebuffing him.

Yes, a jerk indeed! I feel so bad for Buffy, but I'm glad Darla's going to be there for her. I love the Darla/Angel relationship. It's refreshing to see them painted in a good light. I really hope Spike wises up soon and does some serious groveling.
