Does this mean they're back together? I hope so. Hopefully there's no hot and cold period. Is he really safe though? Seems unlikely to me.

Spike waited five years, letting Buffy believe he was dead. He has no right to pressure her about coming around soon. But he understands that now.
Apparently Buffy didn't need that much time after all ;-)
Looking forward to what happens next (and wonder if Buffy is on the pill).
